Deer with Velvet Antlers

Question: We have a deer here at our feeder (June 16th, 2006) with 6 points, still has velvet. Will his antlers continue to grow? Someone has told me he will only have the 6 points. Seems like it being early in the year, there is still time for points to grow.

Answer: Yes, the whitetail buck may grow some more points in it's rack. Please e-mail us the photo.
