Hurricane Katrina Update

whitetail deer post Hurricane Katrina deercam dateline: Saturday, September 3, 2005 at 11:46 am

We have almost completely recovered from the issues created by Hurricane Katrina. A lot of whitetail deer have been observed throughout the countryside. Of course, whitetail deer are not affected negatively by tropical storms or hurricanes. In fact, the day after Hurricane Katrina struck the New Orleans area, we saw a doe with a fawn in our back yard. The whitetail deer image displayed was taken shorly after the winds of Katrina subsided.
