Coyote Chasing Whitetail Deer

This morning there was a coyote chasing some whitetail deer in my backyard. The whitetail deer ran through and a short time later the coyote followed. It was only about 5 seconds between the whitetail deer and coyote.

About half a minute later, the coyote appeared again back-tracking and looking for whitetail deer. He ran off in the original direction that he first came from.

About a minute or two later, the whitetail deer returned. First two (2) whitetail deer came back and loitered in the area, then about five minutes later, four (4) more whitetail deer returned. The six (6) whitetail deer hung around for about ten minutes and then wandered off.
